Personalize the customer experience with your brand's unique identity on Picup. You can customize the appearance of screens your customers see when they track or rate their delivery experience, ensuring a consistent brand presence.

Follow these steps to configure your branding preferences:

  1. Log in to your Picup account and select 'Settings' from the left-hand navigation bar. This area allows you to adjust various account preferences, including branding options.

  2. Access Branding Options

    Within the Settings menu, find and click on the 'Branding' section. Here, you'll be able to customize how your brand appears to customers during their delivery experience.


  3. Customize Your Brand Appearance:

    1. Edit Logo: Upload your company's logo to appear on tracking and rating screens. Ensure the logo is clear and of a size that fits well within the provided space.
    2. Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Colors: Choose colors that match your brand's color scheme. These colors will be used for buttons, links, and background elements across customer-facing screens. Selecting the right colors will enhance the visual appeal and make the customer experience feel more integrated with your brand.
