Searching for an order

This article will cover the basics in searching for an order on the system in 4 simple steps.


Step 1:

Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on the "Search Orders" option.


Step 2:

Click on the drop down icon next to 'Search By' and select the details you have on hand to continue with your search.
Enter either the reference, waybill number, etc. 

Then type in the details on the search bar and click on the search icon.


Step 3:

Upon finding the relevant information, it's advisable to refine the search by date to display the latest order. 
Then, click on the view trip icon, indicated on the right side.


Step 4:

You'll now land on the trip screen, presenting comprehensive details of the trip. The left-highlighted section exhibits the customer's name (COHEN) along with their associated parcel reference. Meanwhile, on the right, you'll find details about the driver (Jean-Mark Lufuluabo Nyembue) and the current status of the parcel, indicating it has been delivered.


Furthermore, you can choose any specific order to access Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, which are readily available for download.


Refer to the accompanying screenshot for a closer look at another order, showcasing additional information such as PODs and recipient names.
