What does tracking a trip/route even mean?
Users are able to track your own drivers as well as the Picup drivers using the Picup system.
This enables users to manage customer expectations as well as monitor driver behavior.
Where do I begin?
Click on Tracking using the Navigation Bar.
Under the "In Progress" heading, click on the icon which looks like an eye to view the trip/route you wish to inspect.
You're now viewing it on a trip/route perspective.
What are all the different tabs and colors?
The Summary tab indicates the final status of a parcel (collected, delivered, failed, returned, etc).
Once a driver has been assigned to the trip/route a tab will appear with the name of the drivers.
A map of the route can be found below the trip details.
When clicking on the tab containing the driver name, the user can find a more in-depth delivery report as well as track driver movement in a live environment. Users can find PODs, customer name, etc.
When viewing Route History, users are able to see specific information pertaining to the route, such as collection information (warehouse route) as well as delivery information (waypoint route).
Color | Meaning |
