Downloading Reports

This article will explore some reporting functionality on the Picup system.
We will explain the various reports and how to access them.

How do download a report?


Step 1: Navigate to the Reporting tab.



Step 2: Select the date range you want to report on.



Step 3: Click on the drop down button for on section you'd like to report on.


Important:

Please note that during business hours you cannot select a date range of greater than 7 days.

If you want to download a report with a longer date range you can do so after 19:00 SAST.


An explanation of reports

Buckets

  • Bucket Status:
    A report that looks at the status of all created buckets, including deleted buckets.

Courier

  • Active Courier Orders:
    A report that looks at third-party courier orders that are still active.
  • Completed Courier Orders:
    A report that looks at third-party courier orders that have been completed.

Drivers

  • Driver Rating:
    A report that looks at customer ratings on each completed delivery.
  • Driver Productivity:
    A report that looks at each driver's productivity based on the number of parcels they are assigned daily.

Finances

  • Payment - By Orders:
    A report that looks at drivers receiving payment from customers on delivery, by orders. 
  • Payment - By Parcels:
    A report that looks at drivers receiving payment from customers on delivery, by parcels.

General

  • Routes:

    A report that looks at the performance of each route.

Orders

  • Orders by Warehouse:
    A report that looks at the number of orders per warehouse assigned to contract drivers, Picup drivers and third-party couriers. 
  • Orders Deleted by Warehouse:
    A report that looks all deleted order as per warehouse.
  • Staged Orders for Business
    A report that looks at staged orders by business including all order information such as waybill numbers.
  • Staged Orders for Warehouses
    A report that looks at staged orders for warehouses.


Parcels

  • SLA:
    A report that looks at overall SLA per dispatched trip. 
  • Parcel SLA:

    A report that looks at parcels, the intended delivery time frame, and the actual delivery time. SLA is
    determined by the bucket shift times.

  • Parcel Outcome By Parcel State
    A report that looks at parcel outcomes such as delivered, failed at collection and returned.
