How to add users to your business?

Adding team members to your business account on Picup streamlines workflow and ensures everyone can coordinate logistics seamlessly.


Follow these steps to add new users:


  1. Navigate to Settings

    After logging into your Picup account, click on 'Settings' located in the left-hand navigation bar to access your account settings.

  2. Access User Management

    Within the settings menu, click on the 'Users' tile. This will take you to the user management section of your account.
  3. Add New Users

    On the user management page, you'll see a list of current users associated with your business on the left-hand side. To add a new user, click on the 'Add' button.

  4. Enter User Details

    In the prompt that appears, input the email address of the individual you wish to add to your business account. Ensure the email address is correct to prevent any issues with the invitation process.
  5. Successful Addition: Once added, the new user should appear in your list of users. This indicates they are now linked to your business account.

  6. If the User Doesn't Appear: Should the new user not appear in the list immediately, it may indicate they have not yet registered a Picup account. 
    In such cases:
    • Registration Prompt: The individual will receive an email invitation to register an account on Picup. Once they complete their registration, they will be automatically added to your business account based on the email address you provided.
    • Follow-Up: If the user is already registered but still doesn't appear in your list, verify the email address was entered correctly and ask them to check their inbox for the invitation. Alternatively, contact Picup support for further assistance.
  7. User Permissions:

    You can also change permissions and limit views of user by clicking on their profile and then editing.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage user access to your Picup business account, ensuring your team has the resources they need to manage shipments and logistics effectively.
